A healthy and tasty recipe especially for the people who are willing to lose weight. It’s a perfect winter soup.
Ingredients
  • Beetroot 1 Numbers
  • Tomatoes 1 Numbers
  • Butter 1 Tablespoons
  • Garlic 1 Teaspoons
  • All purpose flour 1 Tablespoons
  • Pepper powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 0
  • Cream ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander leaves ¼ Bunch
Instructions
  1. Boil beetroot and tomatoes in a vessel with a lid on it. 2. Once it is boiled blend it into a fine paste. 3. In a hot pan add butter, garlic, all purpose flour and mix it. 4. Cook till the raw flavor is gone and add the puree in it. 5. Now add some water, pepper powder, salt and let it cook for few minutes. 6. After 1-2 boils switch off the flame and serve hot in a soup bowl with fresh cream and coriander on it.
